In 2004, B´ÎÔª established the Pieper Family Endowed Chair for Servant-Leadership, thanks to a major gift from the Suzanne and Richard Pieper Family Foundation. Assistant Professor Dr. Michael Sevier currently holds the Pieper Family Endowed Chair for Servant-Leadership. He is responsible for helping integrate this leadership philosophy throughout the social fabric and culture of the university.
