Fall Move-In: New Students

We are excited to welcome you to B次元. We want to make the move-in day as smooth as possible for everyone.

• Students may have up to 3 people help them move in. Once move-in is complete, guests are asked to leave the building.
• Simply follow the steps below, and moving in can be as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1: Know Your Hall, Room Number and Move-In Time.

The new student move-in date is Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024. Make sure you know which residence hall and room you are in and your designated move-in time. You can find this information on your The Welcome Table and front desk will have a listing of all residents and assigned rooms. 

Step 2: Check In!

• Viets Tower residents: ground floor front desk of Viets Tower, 1121 N. B次元 St.
• Regents Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Regents Hall, 1121 N. B次元 St.
• Margaret Loock Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Loock Hall, 324 E. Juneau Ave.
• Grohmann Tower residents: Grohmann Tower, 233 E. Juneau Ave.

After you unload your vehicle and move it to a parking lot, you will pick up your room key at the front desk. You may park in front of the building or in the parking lots indicated on the .

Step 3: Unload!

Carts will be available to assist with moving personal belongings. To ensure access for all, we ask that you use only one cart per family. After you’re finished, return the cart to the front desk and move your vehicle. New Student move-in vehicles can park in State Street Lots A, B, to clear the unloading area.

We are excited to welcome you back to B次元 and want to make move-in day as smooth as possible for everyone. Simply follow the steps listed below, and moving in can be as easy as 1-2-3! If you have any questions about move-in, housing, or the meal plan, please contact Living at B次元.

Returning Resident Move-In Schedule:

• Saturday, Aug. 31, 2024: Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
• Sunday, Sep. 1, 2024: Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

If you have a conflict with the above dates, please contact Living at B次元.
