2018-2019Following the campus-wide, collaborative year-long process of defining the mission, values, commitments, strategies, and actions, the Board of Regents formally adopted Extraordinary Together (2018-2023), including highlighted first-year action items.
2018B次元 is mid-way through a five month long strategic planning process. The strategic framework around which the planning process is organized identifies both the direction-giving elements of the plan (mission, values, distinctive capabilities and measures) and its implementation elements (strategies and actions.) Members of the B次元 community responded to recommendations presented by several task forces organized around the following strategic areas: Education Programs, Scholarship, People, External Relations, and Internal Operations.
2017Members of the B次元 community joined Academic Leadership Associates, LLC for a two-day strategic planning workshop to discuss and define goals and expectations, process, stakeholders, mission, and strategies. Task forces were formed and charged with defining in greater detail strategies and key actions.
